Description of the bug
Jellyfin creates a duplicate Season 1 entry for a TV series on a fresh library scan in Jellyfin 10.11.4 and again in 10.11.5 (maybe earlier, no idea) when the season folder name includes the show title (e.g. [SHOW] - Season 01).
This occurs after fully removing the show, re-scanning the library to purge it, and re-adding the show cleanly. This does not appear to be caused by leftover database info (unless it isn't completely purging after removing the show).
The issue is currently reproducible for a single show, despite the same folder naming convention being used consistently across a reasonably large TV library.
Reproduction steps
Difficult to "radomly" reproduce as it has only occurred once (to my knowledge) across many shows, although it is 100% reproducible in this particular instance.
Here is what I've done to recreate:
This was performed on both Jellyfin 10.11.4 and 10.11.5.
What is the current bug behavior?

Additional information
This behavior resembles the issues described in #15100 and #15253, but differs in that the duplicate seasons are created on a fresh scan in 10.11.4+, not due to existing database state. The show has a single physical season folder, and both season entries contain the full episode list.
Additional findings:
When running:
The Seasons API returns two Season items for the same series:
Both seasons contain the same 7 episodes. No season.nfo files exist, and all episode metadata correctly specifies 1.
