Description of the bug

After 10.11.2, deleting prefetched/imdb avatars of actors button doesn't function

Reproduction steps

Get a movie where all art is downloaded from any plugin
Open up an actor card
Try delete primary image by the trashcan
Jellyfin confirms
Jellyfin thinks
No, it doesn't delete the image after all

What is the current bug behavior?

After 10.11.2, deleting prefetched/imdb avatars of actors button doesn't function

What is the expected correct behavior?

Delete should mean, delete the image like Jellyfin says it will in the UI
