Description of the bug

10.10.7 has an Active Recording section on the Jellyfin Dashboard, below Active Devices.
10.11.0 does not have an Active Recording section on the Jellyfin Dashboard.

Reproduction steps

Record something from Live TV on 10.11.0
Note that the active recordings section is missing in the dashboard.
Confirm under Live TV -> Schedule that there is an Active Recording section.

What is the current bug behavior?

Active Recording section is missing from the Jellyfin Dashboard, below Active Devices.

What is the expected correct behavior?

An active recording section will exist in the dashboard while a recording is happening.
