Description of the bug

While playing a Jellyfin video on a Chromecast, and either stopping playback or disconnecting Jellyfin from the Chromecast (shutdown Jellyfin on Google cast), both the lockscreen notification and media controls gets stuck in the Android UI and never goes away.

The only solution is to FoceQuit the Jellyfin app, to make lockscreen notification and media controls from Jellyfin go away.

Reproduction steps

  1. Open Jellyfin on your Android device
  2. Press the Cast icon (top right)
  3. Choose your Chromecast device (3rd gen for me)
  4. Wait for TV image to change to Jellyfin Background
  5. Play a video file
  6. Stop the playback
  7. Press either the home or back button to exit Jellyfin on your Android device
  8. Media controls and notification never goes away

OR

  1. Open Jellyfin on your Android device
  2. Press the Cast icon (top right)
  3. Choose your Chromecast device (3rd gen for me)
  4. Wait for TV image to change to Jellyfin Background
  5. Play a video file
  6. Press the Cast icon (top right)
  7. Press the "Disconnect" button
  8. Press the "Yes" button (Shutdown Jellyfin on Google cast?)
  9. Press either the home or back button to exit Jellyfin on your Android device
  10. Media controls and notification never goes away

OR

  1. Open Jellyfin on your Android device
  2. Press the Cast icon (top right)
  3. Choose your Chromecast device (3rd gen for me)
  4. Wait for TV image to change to Jellyfin Background
  5. Play a video file
  6. Wait for playback to finish
  7. Press either the home or back button to exit Jellyfin on your Android device
  8. Media controls and notification never goes away

What is the current bug behavior?

Jellyfin media controls and lockscreen notification never goes away

What is the expected correct behavior?

Jellyfin media controls and lockscreen notification should dissappear from the Android UI when no video is playing on the Chromecast from Jellyfin

Additional information

I have waited for over 24h with no change. Lockscreen notification and media controls are still there if I do not ForceQuit the Jellyfin app.

I have also tried to disable battery optimization for Jellyfin, but it had no effect.
