Description of the bug
If an XMLTV file is being used for guide data, jellyfin is not refreshing the guide data automatically. Manually hitting the "Refresh Guide Data" button will refresh the guide data. I'm using an xmltv file because of https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/issues/13147.
Reproduction steps
What is the current bug behavior?
Guide data grows stale and eventually disappears unless I manually refresh the guide data.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Guide data is refreshed at least daily.
