Watched status from folders disappear after new login #6530

Description of the bug

After marking the files in a folder as seen I got a "all seen marking" (in the screenshot folder 03 till 07)

After new login these markings are gone:

Maybe linked to https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin/issues/13091

Reproduction steps

  1. Mark all files in a folder as seen
  2. check marking on the folder
  3. logout
  4. login again and check the marking on the folder

What is the current bug behavior?

no marking after new login

What is the expected correct behavior?

same marking as before (when all files in a folder are seen)

10.10.0+

Checked it with a clean install v10.10.3 and there I got the same problem.
I will provide logs tomorrow
