Please describe your bug
When using trickplay, scrubbing sometimes does not accurately reflect the video at the corresponding timestamp. Instead, it displays thumbnails from other parts of the video.
Scrubbing from the beginning to the end often shows thumbnails for only a small portion of the video, stretched out over the entire timeline.
Occasionally, jumping to a different point on the timeline corrects the issue, but this is inconsistent.

Can you see if this happens in other clients that aren't web based? (iOS, JMP, Android are web based)
