Please describe your bug

Editing parental rating in series overwrites parental rating in seasons and episodes, even if parental rating is locked in season or episodes.
It is okay if the parental rating value is writen to seasons and episodes, but it schould not overide locked values.

Reproduction Steps

edit metadata of series
set new parental rating
save changes
edit metadata of season or episode of this series
parental rating is set to what was set in series, even if it was locked

10.9.0

10.9.2

- OS: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
- Linux Kernel:
- Virtualization: Docker
