Please describe your bug

Bug: Media in separate libraries but merged together don't respect the users library access settings. (Media from Library A merged with media from Library B are both accessible from a user who only has access to one of the two libraries.)

Expected Result: Media merged would limit selectable options in respect to library access settings. (Media from Library A merged with media from Library B would only display media within the users accessible libraries as accessible.)

Jellyfin Version

10.8.0

This has been open quite a while. Can this be re-produced with the current build? If so, please update the bug report details. Thanks!
