Some Localisations missing in the admin Dashboard and switching prefered Language not working #407

Describe the bug
Installed the RC1 and noticed that there are some localizations missing in the Admin-Dashboard. First text i noticed was "LabelVersionNumber" under the Hostname (see Screenshots).

To Reproduce

Install the RC1 from DockerHub
Click on the Admin-Icon
See missing strings

Expected behavior
All LabelNames should be replaced by the corresponding localization

Jellyfin Version: 10.2.0-rc1

Additional context
To make sure these strings are not just missing in the current german localization, I tried to switch the prefered language to English which didnt work (Nothing happens after hitting the Save-Button).
