Originally created by @Tolriq on GitHub (Oct 31, 2021).

I have more and more reports from users that they can no more seek when transcoding.

To seek in not seekable transcode I restart the transcoding with StartTimeTicks this have worked well since the start and still work with Emby.

Is there some changes about how to start a transcode at a given position or is it a bug?
