Describe the bug
Plug-in catalog: No plug-ins are available. I have added two plugin libraries to the repository, and there is also a default plugin library, but still "no plugin available", I installed centos rpm version 10.7.7

You're running into the LetsEncrypt root cert expiry issue, please make sure your server packages are up to date (namely
