Describe the bug
Adding multiple libraries one after the other takes a long time to cancel the scan, and it takes about 8 minutes for me to add another library and scan again.

The normal thing would be that when wanting to add another library while it is scanning, the scan is canceled and it returns to look for new files in a faster way.

System (please complete the following information):

OS: [Windows 10]
Clients: [WEB]
Browser: [Microsoft Edge]
Jellyfin Version: [10.7.1]

Access to libraries
Click add library while scanning
When wanting to add a library, a circle turns and turns but does not add anything and after approximately 8 min it adds it and scans everything again. It takes time to cancel the previous scan to do it again
